Promoter C.V. KRISHNAKUMAR has vast experience in the field of surface engineering (obtained masters in INDUSTRIAL TRIBOLOGY, MS by Research) and has worked with Tribology India Ltd (TVS Group) basically involved in R&D of surface modification of interacting metallic as well nonmetallic surfaces that undergo sever wear.

 

Some of the processes optimized are liquid salt bath Ferritic Nitro Carburizing, Boriding, like Pack Boriding, Selective Boriding, Paste Boriding, Chromizing, Vanadizing etc., Electro Reaction of Sulphur, Micro Arc Oxidation on Aluminum, Magnesium and Titanium alloys in particular, Electroless Nickel, chalcogenic coating like Tungsten di sulphide , molybdenum di sulphide coatings, ceramic coatings and many more process to come.
